Shipping costs

From 80 Euro order value we ship free of charge within Germany, to EU from 120 € and to the rest of the world from 200 €.

You can return unused and unwashed items with a label and, if possible, in the original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

For returns and exchanges, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Simply email us at hola@tintirin.com with your order number and the item you wish to return. Once we have received your return, we will credit the appropriate amount to your original form of payment within 14 days.

If you refuse to accept the return without prior agreement, we will charge you our shipping costs.

If your address is incomplete and the package is returned to us, we can arrange for a new delivery. Please note that we may charge 3,90 Euro for shipping and handling.
